WOD#2

I spent more time trying to find and app that would be able to time this workout.   I mean how hard is it to program a multi variable interval timer????  I downloaded two and finally programmed the 2nd one t correctly after 45 minutes.  I had a some what rushed warm up but the good news was Susie was watching and keeping me honest on the ROM, speed and technique.    In fact after the first round she was adamant I should be going faster and of course she was right.
