Working on Weakness

I wasnt going to let the day get away from me and miss a workout.  I really need to do strength 2-3 times a week.  This should be Deadlift, Press, and Squat at least.

Strength:

6X3 Strict Press
Warm Up
10 @ 75
5  @ 95
5 @ 125
6 rounds of 3@135!

WOD
21-15-9
Thrusters 125lbs
Toes to Bars

Wow this was harder than I thought it would be I had to break the Thrusters up quite a bit.  I need to make sure that I am doing my lifts.  This has been my weakness.  Couldnt even get the t2b's moving
