Craic House Fix

Vacation ended yesterday and I was really dreading having to return to the grind of work.  The only thing that made it remotely bearable was the opportunity to train at the Craic House.  Good warm up of running and burpees and then a nice long shoulder stretch circuit.  

Skill - Hand Stands
Glen had us work in groups of 3 with two people spotting.  Ashley and Melanie had to spot for me and felt really bad sweating all over them.

So knocked out 15 straight HSPU's and decided to pause so as not to burn myself out.   Well 15 was too many.   I really suffered through the rest doing 2, or 3 at a time.   Pullups were easy no problem.
