Missing the fun

Monday's are tough days.  Not just because of the start of the work week but because the programming is Squats and some variation of movement that will make your pull-ups stronger.   Definitely not anything that would get anyone too excited about.   Not saying its bad just not something you would say I cant wait to do that wod.  Partnered up with an motley crew - Mike, Cyndi and the Show for the Front Squats.
