Swing Rope Training Post WOD

A) Back Squats
Rx:5x (4-6)
Warm-ups - bar@15 reps, 10@135lbs

5 reps @185lbs
5 reps @225lbs
5 reps @275lbs
5 reps @295lbs

B) Pullups
Rx: 5x5 UB C2B
Plus 5 bar muscle ups.

I wish we had some ropes in the gym so we could do swinging rope training.  Here is a video of me getting creative in the gym.  Had to scale it though.
