Woke up at 4:30am and started going thru email and work stuff.  Kept debating whether it was worth it working out given the lacking rest.  Decided that I would go to LaLanne and hope for the best.   Turns out I made an excellent choice.  It was a double conditioning wod. 

We did a warm up of 2 rounds of 
10 dislocates
20 lunges 
15 push-ups 

Burgner warmup 
Snatch drills 

Power snatch @95
This wasn't bad at all. Left me sweating but not destroyed. 

12 min amrap
1 rope climb
15 pull-ups

This was a fun one as my rope climbing technique has improved so I am now conserving a lot energy.  Totally jacked after this wod.
