Red Line
Had a few work calls so didn't get to class until noon. Pete ran us thru a short warm up and then we partnered up and got after it. Barb F and I matched up. Great to have someone encouraging you the whole time .

Rest (3-5mins)
Did the first 3 rounds with 3 minute rest then 2 at 4 minutes and the last with 5 minute break.
