Quick & Dirty

Guile 3 rounds of:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Push Press (95, 65#)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20")
15 Overhead Squats (95, 65#)

Quick warmup and got after this one.  Certainly wasnt bubbling over with energy so I tried to be consistent in my pacing and rounds.
