1st visit to CrossFit 416
50 double unders
A1. 4 rounds of 6 one legged Romanian Deadlift 60 lbs
A2. 3 rounds Banded walks
Forward & backward
Side shuffle left and right facing
30 double unders
10:18. Burpees definitely took the starch out of me and slowed every round down.
3 round burpees pull-ups and double unders
