New Move


A) Front rack reverse lunges 8-10 x 4 each leg - rest 1min/3min
 
 
Warm-Up = 85lbs
Round 1 - 95lbs - 8 reps each leg
Round 2 - 105 - 10 reps
Round 3 - 115lbs 10 reps
Round 4 - 125lbs 10 reps
 
 
 
20 Sec C+J @115lbs  
40 sec AD 
rest 2:00 
x 3 

Round 1 - 5 reps
Round 2 - 5 reps
Round 3 - 5 reps
Round 4 - 5 reps
 
I couldnt get the AD to count calories on 4 of 5 rounds.  That said I was pushing myself to the redline every round. Whether I produced the same calories or not I was crushed.
