A simple old school WOD and nothing else. Really looking forward to this one. My double unders are solid, the swings shouldnt be too bad and well burpees are burpees.
Really happy with this, all swings unbroken, all burpees pretty good, double unders were 33 & 17 and them 23 & 27.
Decided to stick around and join the 9am class as it was a longer wod and I think I need some of that as I get ready for Norcal.
