I was happy to get this workout in before we set off for the long weekend. These wods were you pick a weight and have to hold it for 5 rounds are always a a good challenge. Pick to light a weight and it's too easy, too heavy and you can't complete it.
Partition as needed
Did them straight thru
5 Front Squats
5 Push Press
The goal with this complex is to complete 5 rounds at the same weight. Once you begin a round you may not put the bells down until you complete all 4 exercises. You can take as much rest between sets as you need.
55lbs - last set was easier than first few as I got more efficient in my movement.
