Row & Stuff

Anthony said "lets go easy on Sunday, nothing hard."  So I program rowing.  Well Anthony's rowing easy and my rowing easy are universes apart.  I couldnt dog it with him sitting at 1:45 pace.   Pushed my self harder than I would have for sure.
