Endurance Rowing and Breakfast Pizza

Joined a large group at Craicwood to do a 10k which is part of a comp.  Happy with my time as I was able to keep it under 2 min per 500 and be super consistent across every split.

Paced with Jay for the first 5000 of his 10,000 as well
