Today’s Workout:
20 minute partner workout
1 person runs 400m while teammate rows 150m and then completes AMRAP CINDY (5 Pull ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air-Squats) until partner returns
Score is combined total rounds + reps of Cindy

Partnered up with Teehan.  This meant that I would have little time to do my round of Cindy as he can run like the wind.
