Intervals

Todays workout is of the type that I really enjoy.   You can go all out and spend everything you have and then get a chance to recover.   I was hoping to train with a couple of kids who are getting ready for the college soccer season.   Of course they were off today.  Feeling pretty beat up even after a ART session and massage.  Felt better as i started to get warmed up.
