Slight Mods

When the Craic workout came up Den2 pinged me and said we should do this.   It did look fun we would just change it up a bit and go solo.    Regular start time at 7:30am giving us all a bit of time to sleep in.  It was 6 degrees when I walked over and the gym was a little chilly as well.



Back to the WOD, here is what we settled on.


2:30-KB Swings @53lbs
30 sec rest
2:30-Push-ups or Burpees (athletes choice)
30 sec rest
2:30-Cals Rowed
30 sec rest
2:30-Wallballs ( i had to sub in 75lbs push press)
30 sec rest
2:30-Pullups
Score = TotalReps

KB - 66 reps
Burpees - 35
Cal - 38
Press - 30
Pullups - 34

203 reps


Got my haircut today and they gave me the Christiano Ronaldo look.
