Mid Morning WOD

Met Dennis to do the WOD today at 8am.   Low key for the most part.  Andy was doing 14.4 and we started after he ended.   Colin joined Dennis and I.

60 Calories Row
50 Toes To Bar
40 Wallball 20/14
30 Clean 135/95
20 MUs

Used the row as my warm up for the most part. Tried to keep even pace and the heart rate down.  Finished at 3:30.

Wall Balls - 10-8-6-5-6-5
 30 Cleans all singles

I think I had just under 1:30 to go when I finished

MU - 4-1 and then time expired....
