Clean - Heavy Strength

Early in the gym,   Its now pitch black at 6:30 and pretty cold today I believe it was below freezing.

I was wary of this WOD because of the 225 cleans.  Its not far off my max.  They went better than expected although in the round of 6 I got very dizzy after one lift.  I have not had that happen to the degree it happened today.  Weird.   Shook it off and continued on.

Not very fast but got the work in.  19:22
