Triplet of BURPEE, Snatch & Front Squat
Love training with this guy!
New faces today as Rita, Claire Potash and Michael Downey joined us in addition to Anthony, Tom G, Dennis and Dennis.

150 BURPEE warm up

40 Burpees
30 Power Snatch @75lbs
15 Front Squats @75lbs
30 Burpees
20 Power Snatch @75lbs
15 Front Squats @75lbs
20 Burpees
10 Power Snatch @75lbs
15 Front Squats @75lbs

Started off behind Anthony and Tom after the first set of burpees. I closed the gap on the snatches and front squats.  It went faster than I thought it would.
