Nancy Redux

In Chicago and I look up the WOD at Cross Fit River North and its Nancy.   I was hoping to best my time from last week.  

Warm Up -

Shoulder Press
5@50% - 95lbs
5@60% - 115lbs
5@70% - 135lbs
6x3@85% - 140lbs
rest 2 minutes

Way off the mark. Squats when great.  Running was just not fast enough.
