Consistent and inform

I needed that massage last night.  I hadnt realize how beaten down I have become.  Need to schedule another in order to completely recover. 

Warm Up

a1. Leg swings

a2. Front Squats

A3. Mobility

A)Front Squat
(Build to a heavy TRIPLE)

400m-Run
10- Front Squats
50- Double Unders

Each round completed in about 3:30 to 3:45. Did 10 burpees a round as well.
