Dragging from all the travel this week.  Contemplated staying in bed but decided to go as my day is always better if I workout.

Anne finished the 1st run breathing down Tom and my neck.   She blasted thru the OHS and opened up a gap I was never able to close.  Nice work Anne!  Pretty happy with my time for a 5:30morning wod.
