Skipped the 5 rep max Deadlift

Dennis suggested we start mixing in 100 reps for time so I will once a week. 

Warm up
4 sets of 25

100 reps for time 
6:13 might have been faster but I went back and did 8-10 more as I think I goofed.  Chest is burning
