Row 5000m
Switch every 250-500m
while 1 person is rowing the other is accumulating Double Unders or Burpees
Score is Total DUs/Burpees then Row time

Huge class which was awesome.  Jarrod had to switch it up and have half the class do a run instead of a row.  Teamed up with Rob and we did   250m intervals.  Here were my rounds :
