Running Interval Strength and Conditioning Workout

Great workout courtesy of  Anthony, Jeff and Den2. Den2 was going to be the rabbit on the run.  Did well to stay close to him for 2 rounds and then he was gone.

20 OH Walking Lunges w @25lb plate
