Focused on burying myself on the row and then trying to recover on the movement.   It was ugly, slow transitions, broken up reps on in between movements and even with that I couldn't stay under 1:50.  I did manage to beat Anthony on the last two rows but that was because he was sipping a pina-colada and texting his friends.
