Visit to Crossfit Kawaihae

Need to start with this photo Susie posted yesterday as its simply amazing! Cant wait to get to Maine!


Here is my alternative view:





The travel is over and I am finally here in Hawaii.   I was able to squeeze in crossfit before a 6:45am meeting.   The always prepared and ready to go Tony Beller had rented a car and offered rides so that was goodness.  It as good to see his wife and Sean Urban who came with us.

Strength E90seconds X5 = light

1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Snatch Balance
1 OHS
1 Hang Snatch

95, 115, 135

a) Snatch Complex - build to heavy Power Snatch & Squat Snatch.   Got to 135 and then went back down and drilled squat snatch.

b) Snatch Pull 3 count pause at knee 3x3 heavy (155)

I dont remember getting so tired in the middle of a wod.  No extra gear nor the edge to drive thru right now.
