PocketWod Challenge Wod 1 & Trashed - Then hike on Pemetic

Warmed up with my 100 body weight WODs and then did two workouts.


“Online Challenge WOD 1”

10 Minute AMRAP:
20 Calorie Row
10 Burpees over Rower (Facing Rower)
50 Double Unders

My double unders were terrible and my burpees slow.  Not such a great performance. 
2 Rounds plus 44 reps


“Trashed”
3 Rounds for Time:
500M Row
15  10 S2OH, 135/95
15 Toes to Bar

14 minutes 

Then off to hike Pemetic!
