8 Rounds, alternate full rounds with a Partner:
Row or Run 400m
3-5 Partner Assisted Pullups or MU Transition
20- DB Push Press 30+/20+

Rob Potash and I opted for the run.  

Rd 1- 3 MU - 30lb DBs
Rd 2 - 4 MU's 35 DBs
Rd 3 - 4 MU's 40lbs
Rd 4 - 6 MU's  40lbs
