Evening WOD time. 

125 Burpee Warm Up

10 Burpees
35 Double Unders

I wish I could say that they were all super clean, they were not. That is why its called practice and conditioning. 


Post WOD

3 Rounds at walk thru pace.  This was after i was mashing my hip and upper quad.

5 Front Squats @135
15 Wall Balls
