Quick Turnaround

Arrived back from Chicago later than planned as we were held up because of "customer service".  I had never heard of this before and couldnt imagine what this would be.   Once about 10-15 people came hustling onboard  it was clear they held us up for connecting passengers.

Full day of work and then I hosted the Boston Partners in Education board meeting at our salesforce.com office.   Good meeting but even better was the opportunity to socialize as a group after the meeting.
