Back at it after a week plus layoff with a brutal chest cold. Still not 100% but decided to wod with the Masters. I sent a few ideas to the group last night and of course they all gravitated to Barbara. We had a solid turnout for the 8 o'clock it's not a class group including: Steve M., Eric Klein, Susie Diesel, Rob Potash, Ian Loring and Anthony.
"Barbara" Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
