Nice long warm up on the bike this morning. Close to 25-30 minutes. After that did Bear Complex with dumbells,
5 Rounds of
7 Deadlifts
7 Hang Squat Cleans
7 Push Press
7 Front Squats
Each round add more weight. Put the weight down and the round doesnt count.
25, 30, 35, 40, and 50lbs
After the WOD tried to spend as much time before we would have to leave.
