Light Work and Row

Was suppose to work to a heavy one rep single on squat snatch.   Was working out in YMCA in SF so limited in what I could do on the snatch.  Ended up just doing some skill work on the squat snatch. 

Then went to work on a row wod. 

Row - 750m Row - Rest 3 minutes
Row - 500m row  - rest 2 minutes
Row - 250m row - rest 1 minute
Row - 100m row
