Back but not quite

So I went back to Craic today after taking a few more days to see if that helped me recover.   Im Not coughing as much but im still dragging.   This has not been a normal cold by any stretch of the imagination.

I ended up going with the 70lb KB swing.


First round was fine but not so much after that.
