Makena Crossfit Day 2

Makena Crossfit programming was tailored made for me today including a 1500m Row Warmup!

Mobility- Activation

3 Squat Cleans 155/115
3 Box Jump

 This really taxed me pretty good.  Not that I couldnt do it just that it took a lot out of me.  Not sure if it was the 5k row before or cumulative volume.

Probably my worst Nancy ever.   The running was at a snails pace.  The OHS were fine.
