Squatty the clown

This was a short workout which was good because I opted to go to the 9am class because of conflicts early and late.   Very much like what I did last week at Lalanne the only difference there was no big finisher wod.

A1.Front Squats 5x8
185,185,185, 185, 185

A2. 15 Straight Leg Raises
1. 15,15,15,15,15

This was a good portion of work but not crippling.
