Getting Stronger

 Wasnt sure I was going to ride today but since I woke up early I joined the Watts Up Wednesday ride. I am finally getting stronger which is a good thing.  No where near these Category B riders but making my way up the ladder.  















Did a 10 minute cool down then did 

10 Minute Core

15 Minute Shoulders and Arms
