Mondays are always hard.  Especially when you have a game on Sunday and then have to do intervals on Monday.

Monday 8 Rounds for time:
250 meter row (RP + :10) x 2; (RP + 5) x2; RP x2; (RP -:05) x 2
Odd Round 12 hanging cleans RX 90 lbs
Even Round 12 barbell row RX 90 lbs
Tabata ABS
