Solo Ride

My legs are finally coming around.  I had some decent power on the flats.  My climbing is still garbage.   My ability to recover is also improving.    Need to keep doing a long cardio at least a few times a month.  In the winter it will be on the rower.  





























I saw some Pan Mass Riders along the route. This was my attempt to photograph them.
