Shed WOD

Best WOD ewer is when you get to train with your kids.  Tris got up at 5:30am and worked out with me. 
 5 Min Airdyne

followed by 1.8 Mile fun for Tris

and 15 Minute total airdyne

followed by

one person does

5 Pushups
5 Deadlifts
5 Squats
5 S2OH

while other person rides Airdyne

AB work out post wod.
