Back in Action

I have been an exclusive Cardio athlete for the past week so only posted in Garmin and Strava thru the watch.   Today was the first day back in town so I went back to my normal routine.

Airdyne Warm-Up - 45 minutes - 600 Calories - 26.1 Km
