Last Year I read an article about crossfit in the New York Times and went to the website. I was hooked right away. If you have limited time and want to increase your overall strength and fitness crossfit is the absolutely best way to do it.

What I have been trying to figure out is how to blend crossfit with a serious running program while holding down a demanding job. I need to find the right balance of running mileage, track workouts, tempo runs and long runs with the right crossfit workouts. Its a tough balance to find so if anyone out there has put together a combined cross fit and half marathon training program I would love to see it.
