Back to School & Deceptively

 I cant believe that I have a senior and freshman in High School.   Where did the time go!




WOD
4 Rounds for time:
500 meter row RP + :15, :10, :05, and RP
10 burpees
15 wall balls


My goal was to go 1:59, 1:54: 1:49, 1:44.
This was much harder than I expected it to be.
