Still not back

Im still not functioning at 100%.  These workouts are way harder than they should be and if I really
push it I end up doing a lot of coughing.


Airdyne Warm-Up - 30 minutes = 300 Calories = 15.6km


Followed by

15 Minute AMRAP

2 Cleans adding 2 reps every round @135lbs
10 Pull Ups - T2B  switch every round
15 cal Airbike



5 Rounds
