300 Calorie Warm up on the Bike
Followed by 30 Minute EMOM with 2 30lb Dumbbells of
Minute 1 - 24 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge
Minute 2 - 12 Pushups
Minute 3 - 15 DB thrusters
Minute 4 - 14 Renegade Rows
Minute 5 - 10 Burpees
Minute 6 - 10 V-Ups
Repeat for 5 Rounds
