EMOM 18

I thought this wod would be a good re-entry after taking 2 days off. 

MOM 18

Every minute on the minute for 18 minutes, alternating between

Min 1 - KBS @53lbs
Min 2 - 10 GHD/Knee Ups
Min 3 Assault Bike 15 calories

This was completely awful.
