Classic Crossfit Med Ball wod

25 min AMRAP
400m med ball run
25 MB squats 
15 MB Sit-ups
5 MB pull-ups 

This WOD was all about the run. The rest wasn't easy but it was not as time consuming.  Good class but the pacers I was hoping to WOD didn't show up or went to a different class.
