EMOM not what I expected

Warm Up

Skill Drill = Snatch

95, 95, 115, 115, 135, 135


TODAY'S WORKOUT
21min OTM
1) 2-Full Snatch
2) :30-AD (tough effort)
3) 12-Sit-ups

So when I read this last night I thought it was all that in 1 minute.  Once in class I realized it was each in an EMOM.   Totally different workout.   I think it would have been cool to have 1 & 3 with more situps on the EMOM.  


Since we had the time we could increase the weight so here is what I did

round 1 - 135lbs
round 2 - 145lbs
round 3 - 145lbs
round 4 - 155lbs
round 5 - 155lbs
round 6 - 155lbs
round 7 - 155lbs


Did the first round of situps with 12lb KB and then switched to 26lber
